The NOARK Human Resources Association Compensation and Benefits Survey is an annual survey sponsored by the Northwest Arkansas (NOARK) Human Resources Association. HR Factor conducts the survey on behalf of NOARK. Survey pricing varies and is based on survey participation and NOARK chapter membership.

Survey Details

  • 51 participants from companies within the Northwest Arkansas market
  • 152 positions including administrative, payroll/accounting, HR, sales/marketing, information systems, production/manufacturing, transportation, skilled, engineering and food service

Results Include

  • Actual salary simple/weighted average data; and 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles for actual salary data submitted
  • Salary range data including average minimum, midpoint, and maximum ranges as well as the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles for each of these data points
  • Base and incentive compensation, as well as benefit and perquisite data
